nfl results standings
Someone with experience with Excel 2000 help me build a complicated formula?

I developed a spreadsheet that can track the ranking of the NFL. The formula I need help requires that the result shows the percentage of victories, including the final match for a draw, divided by total games played. I been to assign a value of 1 for victories, and 0.5 for the links, but it can not operate in a single formula. my baseball spreadsheets are easy to make, because there are games won divided into parts. But in football, this third value is that I have not been able to integrate successfully. I know there are intelligent people out there that are more algebra than I am. I can not really use the help. Thank you in advance.

Assuming that A1 contains the number of games won, the number of links A2 and A3, the number of victims, so their percentage is (a1 + 0.5 * A2) / (A1 + A2 + A3)
